It is a date...

Emil Grace and James are headed to the Daughter/Daddy Banquet tonight. She was so excited and was wearing her favorite dress. Notice what else is missing? Her top tooth flew out last night...we found it in the hallway..so I did not have to write the tooth fairy an IOU again!

Happenings..

I tried my hand at making this name plaque for Em. It came out pretty good.(Anyone interested in one?) I am still trying to find the power cord to my sewing maching so that I can try to make Em a pillowcase dress. It would be great if I can actually make it and then be able to make them for others! (Anyone have any tips in making one?)

I am still trying to unpack and find a place for things...and keep up with Austin while Em is at school. She told me yesterday that the last day of school was not coming fast enough!! (Can we say she has a bit of her Aunt Rachel in her???)

Strange Bird...

We put bird seed in the bird feeder waiting to see what birds would visit....and look what we found! This squirrel stayed about an hour picking out the sunflower seeds out of the bird seed. We also have watched him climb up the pole and chase off any birds in there to get a bite to eat. What a funny sight!

Gotta Play

Austin and I went to the park this morning. He loved it and had a blast going from one thing to another. It was so funny to see him go down the slide since his hair would stick up...he needs a haircut!

Crazy Weather

It has been in the 60's this week....this morning we get SNOW! The crazy thing is by this next weekend it will be in the 70's! I am soooo ready for spring!! I am not sure if I am going to let Em and Austin out to play in the snow..they are just now getting over the crud....
